All sales are final. Any and all refunds or credits for Craft of Charisma Programs and coaching are the sole discretion of Craft of Charisma (CofC, LLC).
In the event that a client is late, or fails to attend a Craft of Charisma session, class, workshop, or program, they are forfeiting the ability to makeup that session, class, workshop, or program. Any exceptions to this policy are the sole discretion of Craft of Charisma (CofC, LLC).
Any request for exceptions must be made before the missed session, class, workshop, or program to [email protected]
