The Craft of Charisma Apprentice Program is a year long program for CofC Alumni who want to take their dating and social skills to their greatest potential.

There are two tracks for the Craft of Charisma Apprentice Program:

The first is the Coaching Certification Track (CCT) which prepares students with the skills they need to become professional dating coaches, either for Craft of Charisma (we hire our coaches from our Apprentice Program graduates) or on their own.

The second track is the Personal Development Track (PDT) which is designed for men who want structured mentorship as they pursue the limits of their dating potential, but who are not interested in becoming dating coaches themselves.

Both tracks include:

Access to:

• Three Dating Mastery Programs (108 hours of workshop and infield coaching).
• 12 Monthly Group video calls (45 minutes, 9 hours).
• Weekly Calls (30 mins) after each Dating Mastery Program Session (12 hours).
• 3 Day Day-Dating Bootcamp – We scheduled these between June – August in NYC (15 hours).

Total = 144 hours

Apprentice Program attendees will also be given the option to assist at bootcamps scheduled throughout the year. Currently, we schedule bootcamps every two months in New York City and intermittently in other cities in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom (assistants will be required to cover their own travel costs).

Both tracks also include:

• Continued development – Student will be given new sets of goals for each Dating Mastery Program session so that they can continue to develop their skills and craft.
• How to build community with intent – One of the best ways to date high quality partners, or to find a partner, is to build, or become part of, a community. Students will be guided, supported, and encouraged to either join and move up within a community (into a leadership position) or to nurture their own community by planning an event, meetup, group, ritual, or starting a new community from scratch.

  * Communities can be nurtured for many different purposes including: romantic, social, networking, skill development, interest development, causes or passions, health, spiritual growth, professional growth, or as a business.

• Online dating – Dating Profile optimization, online dating landscape, strategies for successful online dating.
• Optimizing social media for dating – A breakdown of best ideas, strategies, and practices.

The Coaching Certification Track (CCT) also includes:

• The Business of Dating Coaching – Industry Landscape, Business Planning and Setup Options, Business Models, Coaching Economics, Revenue Models, Program and Curriculum Development, Planning and Execution, Marketing Strategies, Marketing Channel Development.
• Homework – Both required readings and written assignments.
• Content Creation – Text: Articles, Video: Vlogs and Instructional Videos, Audio: Podcasts.
• Instruction Skills – You’ll have the opportunity to shadow instructors and before the end of the year, run classes as a professional dating coach.

* In major cities, dating coaches generally earn between 30k – 250k per year. Certification is based upon attendance of 80% or higher, a “B” average or above on assignments and presentations, including the capstone coaching projects (where attendees will design and run their own class).

The Personal Development Track (PDT) allows for:

Incredible access to Craft of Charisma coaching programs and coaches over the course of 12 months. The program is ideal for any man who understands the benefit of Craft of Charisma’s world class dating coaching, mentorship and structured curriculum. The program also give students the flexibility to pop in and out of Craft of Charisma Programs and classes as their needs arises at a fraction of the cost of private instruction or if a student were to pay for each part of the program individually.
